A $50 consultation includes up to 30 minutes for a focused review, basic checks, and an explanation of the apparent issue and reasonable next steps. If you approve focused troubleshooting during the same visit, the consultation is applied toward the $125 starting price.
It is a more complete review of coverage throughout the home, including signal mapping, dead zones, speed and latency testing, equipment placement, and a recommended network plan. It is different from troubleshooting one specific issue.
Unless a written package specifically says otherwise, listed service prices cover labor. Any equipment, materials, delivery, subscriptions, or third-party charges are quoted separately.
No. We work on the home side of the experience. We can evaluate accessible equipment and observed conditions, but your provider remains responsible for its service, network, and provider-owned equipment.
If the project requires regulated electrical, alarm, or limited-energy wiring, that portion may need to be evaluated and contracted directly through an appropriately licensed contractor.
Yes. We can coordinate with an authorized family member, homeowner, landlord, or property manager and document the work completed.
